A: Breathe – Freedom from Nicotine has been in business more than 10 years and has served more than 7,000 clients – and done on-site corporate programs for many companies, from small shops to Fortune 500 organizations, across Minnesota and Wisconsin.
ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT
A: We recommend that you try to refrain from smoking or chewing tobacco for 3 hours before your session. 10 hours is the maximum we would want you to go without smoking. Other than that, there is no specific preparation needed beyond a sincere desire to stop smoking.
We will be asking a series of questions regarding your health history, including a list of current or recent medical conditions, and of the medications, supplements and vitamins you are currently taking.
We may ask you to remove some jewelry from your wrists and hands during the session.
There is no need to disrobe any articles of clothing for the session.
